About Us Click Here for Your Next Event! HomeNet Solutions is a residential custom audio and video installation company. Our main areas of focus are surround sound systems, whole house music systems, in-room systems, communications, home networks and computers, and structured wiring. We are an integrator of products and services offering complete solutions that include consulting, product sales, project management, installation, programming and post installation support. HomeNet Solutions was founded in 2000 by Dan and Heather Kinsella. Prior to HomeNet Solutions, Dan spent 13 years in sales and sales management in the computer business selling computer products and services to corporate accounts. During the construction of an addition on their home, the Kinsellas realized that an opportunity existed in the residential construction industry for someone knowlegeable of structured wiring and home networking solutions. This was a time when the internet was emerging and people were just beginning to put internet connections and networks in their homes. In addition, the residential construction market was beginning to take off as investors started to move money into real estate. Shortly thereafter, plasma televisions, surround sound, and whole house audio systems began to gain popularity and Homenet's focus evolved to include consumer electronics and custom installation projects. During the last five years there has been tremendous growth in the market and we've been fortunate to have shared in that success. We attribute a lot of our success to relationships - with our customers, suppliers and partners. You'll find that we are very organized and detail oriented - in our proposals and in our work.
